About the Job
Our client is one of the largest players in the horticulture market and have a considerable and enviable customer base. Due to reorganisation they are looking to appoint a talented floral designer to help them develop new and exciting ranges to present to their customers and grow their business further.
Ideally you will be a trained florist, with a commercial eye for colour and style, but more importantly be able to be creative within a budget, as each of the products you will be developing will need to achieve a price point. Flower knowledge is imperative, also an understanding of sourcing and pricing will be helpful as this business looks to grow further within its market.
This is a really great role to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business with a young and very driven and committed team.
The salary is negotiable upon experience but is likely to be circa £25-35k + benefits
