Flow Credit trader
Investment bank looking to hire a senior risk taker to expand their corporate bonds trading desk with a particular focus on Investment Grade ( IG ) corporate bond credit products. The candidate must have a proven track record of generating strong PNL figures in Investment Grade ( IG ) debt. The candidate must be comfortable managing and taking own risk and will have been market making these products in a previous role on the sell side ideally.
Responsibilities for:
• Market making - trading corporate bonds
• Very good knowledge of investment grade debt ( IG )
• Push the sales force and help build the franchise
• Manage own risk
• Manage and develop desk tools and databases
Skills - attributes:
• Minimum 3 years Credit trading experience ( on a corporate bond trading desk - Investment Grade debt - IG )
• Very high PNL figures
• Experienced using standard pricing tools: Bloomberg etc
