Our client currently seeks a high calibre candidate to manage its Flow Rates Trader Assistant Team. The group plays a key role in supporting a broad range of products in Interest Rate Derivative. They also provide important controls to ensure that PL generation and risk is accurately captured.
Role
- To liaise with the Trading, Sales, Legal and Operations departments so that trades are correctly booked in the risk system.
- Coordinate all post execution information flow to other operational departments.
- Work with IT, projects groups and management to improve systems and processes and incorporate the latest industry initiatives and best practices.
- Oversee the design, prioritisation and testing of infrastructure enhancements and attend industry working groups to provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
To apply for this role you will need to be degree educated, have experience of middle office Interest Rate Flow Derivatives and strong man management skills.
