Our client is a reputable banking group with diverse businesses in Investment Banking and Global Markets. As part of their commitment to the Asia Pacific region, they are looking for a high-calibre Sale Support executive to join their well-established Flow Sales Support team in Hong Kong.
In this role, you will be sitting in the Front Office next to the Sales Manager and will provide support to the Flow Sales Desk. You will be responsible for day to day trade booking, matching and following up with fail trades. You will handle daily client queries from both external and internal clients as well as client reporting. Additionally, you will participate in regional and global projects, with focus on process improvements for Flow products. In addition, you will take initiative in identifying workflow weaknesses and to devise control procedures to minimise trade errors
To qualify, the individuals must possess:
- A University degree with a major in Finance, Economics or any other relevant discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as Sales Support within an International Investment Bank.
- Strong knowledge in Equities Derivative products and processes (candidates with Flow background will be highly prioritised)
- Ability to communicate effectively and attention to details
- An energetic, proactive and analytical mindset
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese
