An independent mid market private equity fund with secure funding and strong dealflow, led by four founder partners with long experience of working together; Munich based.
Responsibilities
- Support partners on deal origination, pitches and management meetings
- Financial and commercial analysis, models, due diligence and all aspects of deal execution.
- Ongoing asset management (buy and build; refinance; expansion) to exit
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic record
- Experience within a leading investment bank, consultancy or Big 4 firm, whether as intern or full time
- Top class research, analytical and quantitative skills
- Equally important, excellent interpersonal skills, natural communicator, wins trust of colleagues and Mittelstand owners naturally
- Self-starter, lots of initiative, comfortable in flat organization structure, seeks early responsibility
- Native German; fluent English
