My client, an online retailer, is looking for a fluent German speaking Customer Services Manager and an animal lover! With previous experience of managing a small customer services team, your duties will include Managing all language support (German, French, Spanish and English), working closely with the warehouse, reporting to management on stats and performance against SLA's, ensuring a high level of customer service and complaint escalation management. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills nad have a passion for managing a highly successful cs team.
