A global facilities management company with offices all over the world and a particular dominating presence in Australia is now seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator.
This leading market giant has secured a number of new contracts in Melbourne and this is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation that is growing rapidly.
You will be involved in capturing corrective maintenance requests and following through until closed off to KPI satisfaction for our client. Liaising with staff and subcontractors to ensure all request are completed in a timely way, report writing and data entry. You will be based on a large client site and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the site.
You must have excellent attention to detail and come from an FM or Helpdesk background. You will be used to meeting KPI’s and revel in thinking on your feet. You will be excellent at report writing and excel at customer service.
