FN01 - Financial Analyst

We currently have an exciting Direct Hire/Placement opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Miami. In this position you will Support managers in the execution of supply categories to get the best price and service conditions for the company clients. Responsibilities and prospects for professional growth include: Collection of client's information: requirements of the product/service, guarantees, delivery time, service levels required, historical consumption, future expected consumption, current and former suppliers, etc., provide support for the solution of incidents related with the negotiation, supply and quality of the supplier their follow-up. Support solutions of incidents related with the negotiation, supply and quality of the supplier, document drafting; RFI, RFP, bidding rules and negotiation of final report. Identification and proposal of potential negotiation strategies and actions to take and analysis and summary of the results of the negotiation Education and experience required: - Bachelors degree in Business or Economics - Desirable: high academic record, a postgraduate degree might be valued - 1-4 years in a similar position - Outlook, Excel, word and PowerPoint - Fluency in Spanish and or Portuguese but must understand Spanish - Must be able to identify main component of problems and focus on solution/s - Self-sufficient, easy to adapt, flexible, organized, willingness to work in a team and learn. - Extremely dead-line driven with the ability to meet and exceed goals - Ability to interact with clients and suppliers over the phone - Work well with peers and superiors and C-level management.
