FO Business Analyst recruitment
You will work with front office to define detailed requirements of the planned trading products and work alongside the infrastructure teams (PCG, Ops, Risk other IT teams). In addition, you will also be playing a critical role in defining, analysing, managing and documenting middle and back office requirements which may include system or process enhancements.
Your responsibility will include managing the delivery of vendor/internal IT teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Front Office trading systems experience, good pricing and risk management knowledge and experience with SDLC processes is essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to discuss Emerging Market products in detail – exhibiting a good understanding of the full Front to Back trade flow processes.
Main Duties:
- Business analysis
- Contribution to physical design data modelling (by liaising with technical architects to resolve functional questions).
- Problem solving and responsibility for issue resolution.
- Working extensively with Middle Office and Back Office systems owners in defining Middle Office and Back Office systems requirements.
- Definition of system interface requirements to other external systems
Requirements
- Min of 7 years BA experience in Investment Banking in a Front Office environment
- FX knowledge Emerging markets experience preferred
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of pricing, risk management and end to end process flows of at least one of Emerging Market products.
- Analytical aptitude is essential.
- Clear concise verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.

- Experienced in taking responsibility for investigating, finding solutions and closing issues.
- Previous experience working within IT environments or working on IT projects
