Investment Bank in London is looking to hire an experienced Futures and Options Client Services candidate for a long term contract.
Role Description
FO Client services require motivated individuals to perform key control functions and liaise with our clients regarding all of their Operational requirements
The responsibilities of our Client Services Representatives include the following:
Client liaison – Single point of contact.
Margin Calls
Collateral management
Product expiration management
Clearing Technology support
Manage client requests regarding trade discrepancies, commission, interest, margins, brokerage etc
Off site client training and service review meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
An FO Client Service Representative should possess the following skills:
Extensive FO Operational knowledge
Proven skills in delivering a professional face to our clients and taking ownership of issues through to closure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate across multiple aspects of the organization at various levels.
Be a dynamic proactive team player
Ability to identify process inefficiencies to improve capacity, efficiency and control.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Strong time management skills required to meet time critical deadlines and priorities
