    Duties:
    Responsible for leading operations for all food beverage establishments within the Margaritaville Casino; demonstrates leadership by living, embracing and promoting the Margaritaville Lifestyle. Creates and maintains a culture committed to excellence in food and beverage, and facilitates Staff Members creating the Margaritaville Experience resulting in satisfied guests.

    Qualifications:
    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Five to seven years experience in the casino, hotel and food and beverage industry including catering and banquet services; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Good judgment and decision making abilities

    Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    OTHER:

  • This position will have limited travel up to 20% of the time.
