Food Beverage Director
Eagle Pointe is seeking an energetic manger with a ownership mentality to develop current relationships while building new ones. Eagle Pointe is home to many top rated amenities, including a recreational complex, golf course, wave pool with two restaurants and a diversified catering service.

Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years experience in a full service restaurant as manager
• Proficient knowledge of cost control
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team
• An ownership mentality and a passion for the business
• A strong commitment to guest satisfaction
• Evidence of creativity in developing plans for increasing sales and motivating team members
• Knowledge of budgets, inventory, purchasing and receiving
Responsibilities:
• Hire, train and develop a diverse team
• Achieve and maintain company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation and cleanliness
• Create a positive and productive working environment
• Oversee the accuracy and timely completion of all inventory reports, ordering, receiving, and maintenance of proper stock levels
• Actively manage, understand, and respond to PL statement
• Create and develop banquet and catering menus
• Manage events and events Staff
• Review and code invoices from suppliers and contributors
• Prepare and review payroll
