ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be changed, added to or deleted at the sole discretion of management:
v Responsible for providing our customers with prompt and friendly service and an enriching work environment for our team.
v Keep accurate records and provide regular reports to management.
v Insure that all shifts are properly staffed.
v Be able to work flexible schedules including public holidays, weekends and peak business times.
v Enforce all company policies and procedures and recommend changes for improvement to the General Manager.
v Estimate food and beverage costs and requisition or purchases supplies.
v Confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as dining room, bar, and banquet operations.
v Inspects food storage and preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations.
v Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
v Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations. Prepares and submits regular report to management.
v Attend scheduled meetings with department managers.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related supervisory or managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
