Food Ingredient Production Manager
Our client is a large food manufacturer located in the Northwest part of Illinois along the Mississippi River. This position is open due to the promotion.
The successful candidate will oversee production related activities including supervising a production staff, planning production rates, preparing budget reports, monitoring production quality, optimizing production processes, and developing some capital investment proposals.
Please have experience with:
- Managing a small staff
- HACCP
- Heavy product planning
- Capacity Release
- GMP
- ISO
- Small capital projects
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of material and energy balance and flow conservation principles. The candidate will also have a basic understanding of accounting and management principles.
