Food Service Manager

Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers.  Responsible for the overall food court operation within the retail unit to include financial measures, training, scheduling, and inventory control to promote optimal opportunity for sales.  Oversees staff and ensures that all corporate and state sanitation regulations are adhered to at all times.  May assist with cooking large quantities of food which are supplied to the finishing cooks throughout the food court area.  Has a formal knowledge of recipes and cooking styles.
