About the Job
Food Services Supervisor Assistant - Assist the supervisor in daily duties. The duties include but are not limited to employee supervision, café menu prep, controlling wastage, managing patient meals as well as café. Assure services are in compliance with nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards, state and federal regulatory requirements. Assist supervisor with oversight of inventory, order processing and distribution of products and services.
