1 Year Training Contract
We are looking for 2 self motivated individuals who would like practical ‘hands on’ start to a career in food manufacturing with one of the countries largest food manufacturers.
Starting off at operative level, the year will be split into four three month placements within the business. Three placements will be practical factory roles and one placement will be to carry out an improvement project.
The placements are based on a “four on” “four off” shift pattern working 06:30 – 16:30. Some flexibility around this may be required for project work at times.
We are looking for local university leavers who have a level of knowledge within the field of food technology and/or manufacturing who may be looking for practical work experience. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, They will be an outgoing and down to earth individual who can work within a team and who eventually within the year would like to lead a team.
