for CNC Operator and Programmers Job in San Jose 95113, California US

-Perform complex and highly varied machining operations required to support prototype and limited production activities

-Analyze complex blueprints, engineering specifications and general instructions to plan, set-up and execute work assignments

-Ability to set-up and operate a complete range of machine tools including milling machines (conventional and CNC), lathe, drill press, grinders, shaping machines, etc.

-Machining assignments will include the design and construction of tools, dies and fixtures to produce experiment parts

-Assignments are highly varied and require a considerable amount of independent judgment and coordination with development scientists and engineers

Working hours: 8-5pm

-Experience in machining of aluminum, stainless steels, titanium, nickel alloys, copper, brass, tool steels, plastics and composites

-Prior experience using all mentioned machine shop tools

-Experience with CNC set-up, operation and programming required (SolidWorks/MasterCam highly desired)

-Successful candidate will be able to make immediate contributions

-Employee should be able to effectively communicate job status and requirements with development scientists and engineers
