About the opportunity
The role of the Forecasting Manager is to be responsible for the end to end cycle of best practice workload and staffing requirement forecasting - commencing with data validation processes working through to a critical review/evaluation of forecast accuracy performance.
There will be particular focus on Budget Special Day Operational Forecasting and development and documentation of agreed, best practice processes that meet the needs of the customer.

- End to end forecasting through EwFM
- Process Mapping, current and future state
- Lead the forecasting work-stream
- High level of analytical skill, to identify patterns and insight
- Identifying and acting on continuous improvement opportunities in strategy and process
- Integrate current and future state of the business, through modelling scenarios
- Budget and operational forecast workload across collections departments
- Budget and operational forecast critical review
- Budget and operational forecast project/strategy inputs
- Historical data validation and normalisation processes within WFM systems
- Data analytics and presentation
- Contributions to strategic planning and project objectives
- Participation in project planning sessions initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Communication strategies
- Process documentation and governance framework of key responsibilities
What will help you succeed?
- A breadth of contact centre, back-office and online forecasting experience
- Well experienced in EwFM experience advanced EWFM skills
- Advanced WFP Fundamental skills
- Sound experience managing integrated data management with large scale call centre Telephony.
- Exposure to call centre and portfolio reporting technologies and data
- Knowledge of front-end reporting tools.
- Proficiency in all MS Office software
