Zucker, Goldberg and Ackerman, LLC, a law firm specializing in creditor protection in real estate foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and litigation as well as real estate closings has an immediate opening for an Eviction Specialist.
The position entails the intake and prompt review of client documents and referrals along with the filing of court documents for eviction actions. Other responsibilities include contacting third parties such as real estate agents, sheriffs’ offices and other attorneys’ offices as needed along with preparing time sensitive documents and sending same to tenants/debtors as mandated by clients and office requirements.
