Foreclosure Specialist Job Description: This candidate will be reviewing mortgage files before they are shipped out to outside legal representatives to decide what is Privileged documentation and not privileged documentation. They will look at any communication between the client and their own legal team and pull the communication that is privileged communication. There is a new law in place for foreclosure reviews and this project stems from that law. They must have a paralegal certification and recently received it or another degree with exp. working with foreclosure/bankruptcy files. We are looking for people that are committed to a 6 month duration that could possible last up to a year.
