Foreign Bank – Mandarin Speaking Senior IT Executive recruitment
Main Responsibilities –
- Manage both main office users and IDC equipment.
- Providing 1st - level infrastructure Support for Microsoft Desktop, Servers, MFP Printers, handheld-gadgets and computer peripherals.
- Setting up, configuring, trouble-shooting Desktops, Notebooks, any other equipment commonly used.
- Handles standard software installation such as Microsoft Office, VPN, and in-house application.
- Equipment and Application health monitoring.
- Windows Server Active Directory administration if needed
- Inventory, Media backup and Asset management
- Perform backup and restoration of Voice Data if needed.
- Ensure IT service efficiency and proactively propose any potential service improvement.
Requirements –
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years working experience, of which 3 years in Financial Institute in IT Support function with good track record.
- ITIL Ver. 3 or Project Management PmP Basic Certification
- Proficient in English Mandarin (Read Speak)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products like Windows 2000, XP and 7. Microsoft Office Ver. 2003, 2007 and 2010. Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange 2003 and 2010, Active Directory architecture downstream.
- Basic knowledge of Voice technology and Active Directory Architecture an Advantage
- Possess a pro-active attitude and good customer service skill set.
- Willing to learn, able to work with minimal supervision, as well as co-ordinate with the Team and users.
- Able to work adhoc hours as needed.
