Foreign Exchange (FX) Platform Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

The Platform Delivery team ensures that the infrastructure is in place that enables GCS Product Managers, GCS Program Managers and GCS Commercialisation functions to succeed. This includes ensuring GCS has the appropriate access and connectivity to support function resources such as legal, compliance, operations, on-boarding, client service and support functions. The team will lead the GCS teams' activities around New Product Approval's (NPA's), global sourcing and other critical processes of the bank. The Platform Delivery team produces the Management Information System (MIS) that enables GCS and its stakeholders to measure performance. This includes coordinating and documenting pipeline and platform score cards to measure the success of launch and ongoing platform development across a broad clearly defined range of Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's). Other functions of the Platform Delivery team include producing business plans and managing the budgeting process.

The platform delivery team is critical to all points of the program value chain and actively manages a broad set of stakeholders across trading, sales and technology.

You will be regularly interacting with the following departments and seniority of people:

* Sales teams in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and Institutional Clients Group (ICG)/Capital Markets Treasury Solutions (CMTS).

* GCS product management function at Director (D) and Vice President (VP) level.

* GCS program management at D and VP level.

You will have:

* A good conceptual grasp of Foreign Exchange (FX) pricing and market terminology.

* Technology product lifecycle knowledge (advantageous).

* Excellent communication and inter personal skills.

* A flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment.
