Foreign Exchange (FX) Program Manager

You will be a member of the GCS Program Management team. The GCS Program Management team leads the change management activities required in the delivery of specific platform programs of work. The team is responsible for delivering the portfolio of projects that have been mandated via the stakeholder investment governance process. The Program Management team is responsible for identifying program synergies to minimise the development footprint across programs and lead the effort to recycle and reuse existing and new platforms.

This role is a coordination function to lead the interaction with stakeholders and support functions (for example legal, compliance and operations) throughout the program delivery phase to ensure program success. Deliverables include creating program structure, managing information flow between the team, creating accountability for specific deliveries from IT or subject matter experts in GCS or Trading.

You will be regularly interacting with the following departments and seniority of people:

* GCS product management function at Director (D) and Vice President (VP) level.

* IT at D and VP level.

* GFX Trading at D and VP level.

* Support functions at D and VP level.

You will have:

* A proven track record of project management skills (complex and ideally multi-country and/or cross-regional projects).

* Excellent written and oral communication and inter personal skills.

* A flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment.
