Foreign Exchange Manager recruitment

Your major responsibilities as a Foreign Exchange Manager include contributing to the growth of the business through your B2B sales activity, establishing and maintaining relationships with both our franchise business and your own external network and proactively marketing ANZ's overall Foreign Exchange proposition.

You will have a revenue target that you will reach by attracting new to bank business to the Foreign Exchange Desk. An essential element to your success is the ability to develop strong internal alliances with the front line banking teams to customise broader banking and transactional solutions to win new business. You share product knowledge and coach colleagues to better identify potential new customers. Calling new and warm leads and networking with business partners are key aspects of the role.

A demonstrated sales background and track record of success in selling financial services or business solutions is essential. You have the ability to spot business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service in all your dealings. Central to the role is the desire to meet and exceed targets through building relationships and proactively selling to new prospects. With your proven sales ability and proactive approach in growing your client base, this will be second nature to you.
