Position Summary:
The Financing Market Products group (FMP) is responsible for ensuring that Worldwide Securities Services provides the best foreign exchange execution and other market products to institutional investors on a global basis.
The business provides all components of the products including execution, product management development, technical sales and relationship management all under pinned with a robust focus and culture of risk management.
Within FMP, foreign exchange client management is responsible for managing existing f/x relationships and driving incremental growth. The F/X Relationship Manager delivers JPMorgan performance reviews that focus on execution and how the associated risks are managed and mitigated; articulates trading strategy and how we have delivered superior value to clients. The F/X Relationship Manager also provides clients with insight and perspective regarding industry trends and issues.
Responsibilities:The incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the f/x relationship for a portfolio of key top tier custody clients.
The incumbent will be the senior point of contact within these clients for f/x, which maybe at the middle management level and may also include CIO, COO, Head of Trading or Portfolio Manager. In addition to managing the existing revenue flow, a key component of the role is monitoring service standards for each client to ensure the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, while leveraging the relationships for incremental revenue and growth opportunities.
The incumbent must also communicate internally across FMP with trading desks, product groups and operations and also importantly to work in partnership with the WSS Relationship Management, who have overall responsibility for the entire client relationship across WSS.

Key features/factors:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top tier custody clients. The position will report to the Americas Head of Client Relationship Management and Sales for FMP.
Additionally they must work closely and in tandem with WSS Relationship management, IB Relationship management and IB sales and trading.
Candidate is expected to be very familiar with all aspects of foreign exchange including trading, operations, compliance, legal and risk.
Major objectives:
Manage a portfolio of 10 - 20 5 -6 top tier custody/f/x client relationshipsManage the ongoing revenue from such relationships,Ensure consistent and the highest quality and service standards for each relationship, developing appropriate metrics and management reporting. Ensure relationships receive the optimal service levels for foreign exchangeSenior point of contact for clients - expected to develop deep relationships with client contacts at the middle management level and increasingly at CIO/COO levelBusiness retention in a highly competitive market environmentManage the revenue stream from f/x for the client portfolioIdentify Exploit opportunities to enhance revenue to client and/or JP Morgan by introducing different ideas and opportunitiesProvide clients with insight and perspective regarding industry trends and issuesEnsure internal systems and set ups for client relationship are correct and in line with contractual responsibilities. Update other MIS systems as required

Qualifications
