The role will involve working across the Investment Bank's various FX desks and TSS to ensure JP Morgan is servicing the needs of our clients and creating new solutions in an ever changing market place.
JPMorgan Financing Market Products (FMP,) provides technical sales and consulting services to clients, manages all aspects of client and external communication and continues to develop and implement new product capabilities for the following products:Foreign ExchangeSecurities LendingClearance CollateralTransition ManagementFutures OptionsCommission RecaptureFX Client Management
Foreign exchange forms a significant proportion of Treasury and Security Services (TSS) overall revenue stream, with a substantial portion of this being derived from EMEA. The FX Client Management team in EMEA are responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of JPMorgan's foreign exchange products and services to TSS clients.
The Role
As a FX Client Manager, the successful candidate would be responsible for all aspects of the foreign exchange relationship for top tier and allocated EMEA clients, covering but not limited to, pricing, revenue, reporting, strategic solutions as well as an FX sales target. The role will involve a combination of analytical, planning and client communication skills and interaction with both WSS Client Managers and the Investment Bank FX execution team. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Production and analysis of key FX financials on a frequent basis for allocated clientsFX sales target building of FX pipelineIdentification and closure of incremental FX sales opportunitiesMaintaining existing client relationships and revenuesOrganisation and leadership of cross division FX reviews (IB WSS) as well WSS segment reviewsLiaison with FX Product development technology to provide input/feedback on future requirementsExternal FX client communications (including FX product updates, new product offerings, market nuances or updates etc)Product promotion and educational awareness of all FX product across TSS
Qualifications
Requirements:Knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Equity/Fixed Income marketsKnowledge/experience with FX operations, settlements, and reportingStrong client management and sales skillsProven track record of partnership and delivering on sales target across partnersExperience managing a teamTechnology experience to effectively manage/communicate with IT and programming resources.Proven track record of delivering complex product offerings from inception to implementation.Senior client facing skills; understand customer needs and work to deliver solutions.Highly organized; disciplined project management skills.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously and effectively resolve issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery.Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively target messages to different audiences.Willing to travel.
