The Role:
- Drive client satisfaction across the franchise through delivering State Street’s suite of foreign exchange products to clients
Daily role:
- To manage a portfolio of client relationships.
- Required to deliver sales service to foreign exchange clients
Job Summary/Description
- Drive the retention, development and extension of the foreign exchange client franchise in EMEA
- Work with management to advise as to the appropriate level of resources, are available to operate effectively within SSGM and the internal support and oversight functions.
- Ensure that the businesses operate in compliance with internal policies and external regulations and that escalation procedure is adhered to.
- Drive client satisfaction across the franchise through delivering State Street’s FX products
- Participate in and support client forums, new business development opportunities and cross-sell initiatives across State Street
Communication
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues.
- Ensure the line manager and others, as appropriate, are kept aware of all issues/problems/queries/work in progress that may impact upon the quality of service being given.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Some experience working in an FX sales/trading environment and achieving sales targets
- An eagerness to grow a career within FX
- Strong communication skills
- Good face to face client management skills/presentations experience
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to manage day to day sales functions
