Privately owned company who specialise in Commercial Fit Out and Shopfit projects have an extremely healthy pipeline moving into 2012 and urgently require a Foreman for upcoming projects. Established 24 months ago, this company have been dominant players within the Melbourne market and are winning repeat work throughout Melbourne.

Job Description

As Foreman you will have control of the construction site, reporting to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered within the strict timeline, coordinating all trades on site, ordering materials, and reporting on progress to the Project Manager. Project value is between $10k-$2million, with scope to move onto larger projects.

The Successful Applicant

As the successful Foreman you will have experience delivering Commercial, Retail and/or Office Fit Outs as the leading Foreman/Site Manager. Hands on experience will be looked upon favorably, the passion and ability to manage a site through to completion within strict timeline's is a must also.
