Forensic Accountant
A leading international law firm based in central London is looking to add a Forensic Accountant to their team for a period of 6 months.
Joining an established team with a strong reputation, this new position will be responsible for supporting commercial litigation investigations, analysing claims and financial issues, conducting commercial research and using forensic intelligence techniques to build up a significant body of evidence which will assist in providing legal advice. Typical engagements will cover fraud, tax, commercial disputes, and business reviews, as well as providing expert witness services in certain cases.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with substantial post-qualification experience in a role that has required critical assessment of financial information. A background in forensic accounting or litigation is preferred, however candidates who have worked in a compliance or audit specialism in excess of their qualification period will be strongly considered.
