Furthermore, there is a higher level of scrutiny in the market today as the financial crime and compliance management market has reached a level of maturity where regulators are able to better articulate expectations and compare established programs across financial institutions. We are seeing an increased expectation, both internally and externally, for concise and accurate reporting on compliance while proving those results.
The Regulatory Solution Specialist will help drive sales development, lead sales enablement, and provide sales support (pre-sales) functions for the firm regulatory portfolio. The role will also engage with the global regulatory management team to help set the regulatory solution vision and direction and ensure that regional requirements are integrated into the solution suite.
You will lead efforts to localise the government go-to-market strategy and solution messaging, as well as further the advancement of the regulatory portfolio. You must work effectively with sales management to drive sales performance and manage pipeline and be able to operate at all levels of the organisation, including presenting to, facilitating and engaging with senior executives and stakeholders
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience in but not limited to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and regulatory compliance; risk management technologies and process re-engineering; fraud risk management; financial crime technologies; anti-money laundering (AML); operational risk management; international cash and financial risk management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Participate in sales calls and on-site visits to explore customer requirements and to explain and articulate the value proposition of solution including features, technical architecture and integration with existing customer infrastructure.
- Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Respond to RFPs Own the technical relationship with the customer and ensure a win from every technical evaluation.
- Lead and coordinate requirements gathering at customer/prospect sites.
- Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations.
- Conduct and lead customer onsite solution evaluation.
- Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications, and project statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations.
