Programmer Analyst/Forms Developer Position Summary: Develop and maintain software needed by the Federal Reserve System and its customers. Provide support for end users in a timely fashion. Understand and apply current software and hardware technologies into new and existing systems. Responsibilities include: Participating in requirements gathering calls with government agencies Analyzing and designing online forms Developing forms using Adobe Forms Designer Conducting unit testing Providing support for user acceptance testing Moving forms through testing environments to production using the documented change management process Keeping current on forms functionality being introduced in new releases of the Pay.gov core software Reviewing and commenting on deliverables for new releases of Pay.gov Creating documentation Coding enhancements to existing forms as requested Providing assistance in resolving production support issues Developing standard operating procedures Job Specifications: Bachelors degree or related work experience 1+ years experience of software development 2+ years experience in systems analysis and design Experience with Javascript/Jscript Experience with HTML Basic knowledge of XML Experience with Adobe Forms Designer preferred Experience with Oracle preferred Experience with SQL preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong personal organization skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines Company Profile
