FOUNDRY MANAGER - DISA - (SAUDI ARABIA)
Our client is a very progressive Engineering Company in Saudi Arabia that has excellent and modern ferrous and non ferrous foundries complete with a machine shop with a wide range of CNC machine tools and other production facilities. The company produce high quality machined components for the oil and petrochemical industries to exacting world class standards.
It is now necessary to appoint a Foundry Manager (DISA) who will have total responsibility for all aspects of a new DISA production facility. Key responsibility is to ensure that production targets are met within high quality parameters and for the direction and control of all areas relating to foundry output from this part of the company’s operations. This will include hands on involvement, day to day operations, planning, control, personnel, training and other key areas normally associated to this level of production management.
It is essential to have a technical qualification with several years experience as a Production Foundry Manager with control over production departments including firsthand knowledge and experience of high volume DISA related moulding and castings processes. Leadership qualities are of paramount importance with a proven record of achieving growth and success in a manufacturing environment.
