FP&A Contracts Manager

Hays Senior finance have a job on with a leading global business based in Tyne Wear for a 12-month period. In this role you will manage the FPA requirements from contracts reporting across the business. You will be required to deliver finance support to key business units working across the business to deliver a consistent customer experience on all aspects of Contract reporting and forecasting.

Key Skills for the job:

- Extensive FPA experience (Contracts analysis experience preferable)
- Experience in financial leadership, inputting into Financial strategy and supporting achievement of business      objectives
- Strong commercial financial background and proven track record of delivering business insight to influence    business performance.
- Proven analytical expertise with complex data models, ability to interpret financial results and deliver insight and  recommendations to the business.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering continuous improvement in the accounting environment and  operating within a service management framework.

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional interpersonal, consultative, negotiation and relationship building abilities, be able to show a track record of delivering results through influencing and negotiation. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work at all levels within the business and to be able to remain calm when dealing with conflict situations.
