FP&A / Finance Systems Analyst
Global US listed insurance business based in the city has an opportunity available for an experienced financial systems analyst to develop their Financial Planning and Analysis function. Initially for three months but likely to be extended
The primary purpose of the role is to take the lead finance function the implementation of TM1 whilst developing the management information and data mining capability for FPA and reporting. This will include developing SOX controls and providing subject matter expertise on general systems accounting processes/controls. This role reports directly into the Finance Director, sitting within the finance function but does not have any team management responsibilities.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified accountant with at least three years experience leading a systems implementation project – specifically a Financial Planning and Forecasting system such as TM1 in a Finance department and working with the financial reporting and accounting areas. Ideally you will have direct exposure to the TM1 software. Advanced knowledge of the working of an Insurance Finance department and how the individual areas work together would be a great advantage.
