Responsibilities:
- Supporting Government Contracting: develop and submit indirect rates for DCAA approval. Monitor and participate in government contract proposal development. Review draft awarded contracts to ensure cited regulations are acceptable to PARC. Interface with DCAA for various audit questions. Prepare annual Incurred Cost Electronically (ICE) submission to DCAA, covering all government contracts during the year. Prepare consolidated revenue forecasts for government contracting.
- Monitor client services and licensing agreements to ensure that billings happen according to schedule / deliverable.
- Support PARC financial outlook for both revenue and expense.
- Create the PARC annual budget and input into Deltek Costpoint. Update periodically.
- Monitor all e-requisitions and travel pre-approvals for correct budget center, account, and project number, as well as policy compliance (capital vs. expense).
- Review the exported timecards to ensure that the costs flow into the proper project numbers and the overall cost ties to the ADP payroll.
- Periodically test timecard policy compliance and provide feedback / training. PARC monthly accounting close - ensure that all costs and revenue are accurately / appropriately accounted.
- Manages a team of 4 FTE's and serve as a member of the Financial management team
Requirements:

Must have Government Contract Accounting and Cost Accounting Standards experience
- Ideal candidate must hit the ground running and lead by example.
- Senior level position requiring a Master's degree in Finance and at least 10 years of experience
- Previous management experience
