Franchise Director Job in Manchester, North West Uk
Our client, based in the north of England is a market leading Franchise operation. In the UK they are part of a group employing c.500 people, with a turnover of c. £100m and a significant Global presence.
They are currently seeking a Franchise Director to take full responsibility for the Franchise Network which encompasses 100+ franchise business owners across a nationwide footprint.
This new role is of critical strategic importance and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the franchise presence in the UK, spearheading the creation of new business opportunities whilst also focusing upon maximising existing opportunities, and developing profitable new income streams.
Candidates will be strong influencers, ambitious and keen to work in a target driven environment. Experience of working within a Master Franchise is desirable.
Salary levels are negotiable depending upon experience, with £75,000 OTE package on offer for the right candidate.
