Job Description:
Located near Kingsville, TX, we are a growing national franchise expanding all around the country. We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic store manager who is interested in joining our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a store manager within the food retail business (preferably in quick-service, beverages or frozen deserts).
What you'll be doing:
- Direct and coordinate all activities related to sales/PL, staff, kitchen, cash register, inventory, and store cleanliness/visual appearance
- Staff, train and organize the opening of stores
- Monitor staff requirements and labor costs
What is required:
- Experience managing food retail store operations, preferably quick service, beverages or deserts; multiple store location management experience preferred
- Ability to manage store operations independently
- Must have a strong background in PL.
