Fraud Team Manager
Full Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to manage and motivate a team to achieve against company targets.
This will include the following :
- Continually seek improvement in the teams performance and to take responsibility for effective improvements in processes.
- Minimise claim costs by devising and constantly developing effective processes
- Drive the delivery of long-term results whilst balancing short-term priorities.
- Ensure strategic and operational KPI`s are achieved and exceeded.
- Improve consistency in relation to the quality of Customer communication.
- Analyse and interpret management information.
- Be accountable for team performance and improve poor performers through the construction of development plans.
- Manage and control team activity by formulating, measuring and evaluating key performance objectives.
- contribute to the definition of business strategy and KPI`s.
- Work in partnership with other Operations Manager colleagues to identify Operations wide priorities, allocate resources and monitor performance..
- To be compliant with the standards laid out by various regulatory bodies e.g. FSA or FSC.
