We are looking for Bilingual Call Center Agents fluent in Spanish French.

Must be Bilingual in Spanish or French
•Works well in a positive, team oriented, and structured environment
•Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls
•Responsible for researching and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
•Ability to multi-task
•Strong communication skills, consistently positive, friendly, articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills
•Thrives in a fast-paced, highly structured environment and is able to access multiple software systems and other resources simultaneously
•Works under general supervision

Ideal candidates will be very familiar with computers. They will have good data entry speed and accuracy. Prior call center or customer service representative experience desirable but not required.
