French Customer Account Specialist Jobs Edinburgh
Starting Salary £18,500
Looking for candidates who are fluent in French + English
You will be the primarily contact for Clients and provide operational account management to corporate clients.
Main duties and responsibilities are:
Being the first point of contact for clients
Organise, plan and lead conference calls with clients
Issues escalation - take ownership of issue and coordinating the resolution
Addressing/seek assistance in resolving the root cause of any recurring issues
Assisting the call centre and back office function with day to day issues
Managing client stock
Identify areas of cross selling products and solutions
Engage and coordinate relevant resources
