French or German speaking Associate ‘Pre MBA’, European Private Equity Firm recruitment
Our client is a leading European private equity fund, focused on taking controlling interests in expanding and successful growth companies in European. They tend to invest between £25m and £100m and have made successful investments across a broad range of industries.
They are now looking to add an Associate, who will join their London team. You can expect to work on the analysis of potential investments and meet with management of potential investee companies. Once the decision to invest has been made, you will work on the LBO or MBO model, and deal execution and structuring. Due to the small size of the London team, you can epxect to work at all stages of the investment prccess.
They are interested in meeting candidates who will be at the 3rd year analyst to 1st year associate level with one of the major investment banks or potentially strategy consulting firms. You should have excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, and be biligual in English and French or German.
