French Speaking Account Executive Job in Canterbury, Southern UK

This company is a well-established creative agency based between Folkestone and Canterbury, Kent. They are looking to expand their management team and seek a French speaking account executive to join them. You should ideally have some experience in account management gained in an agency role working with online and offline projects but we will consider graduates with a passion for advertising and marketing and an understanding of the latest web technologies. You must have an excellent telephone manner, be able to deal with client queries effectively and efficiently and have good presentation skills; you will have a commercial attitude to the role and an organised, sales driven approach to every task.

Responsibilities:

- Liaising with clients (some French-speaking) and our in-house team to ensure the smooth production of work to the highest standards
- Providing client quotations, sourcing suppliers and external costs for projects
- Researching, writing presentations and responding to queries (internally and externally)
- Interpreting and managing creative briefs and delivering against project timelines and deadlines
- Presenting briefs to the agency team and creative concepts to our clients

Skill set:

- French speaking and educated to degree level
- Windows and Mac skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat etc)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A basic understanding of Adobe CS4 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) would be an advantage, though not essential
- An understanding of CMS systems and mobile devices would be desirable
