French Speaking Cash Equities Client Services Analyst recruitment

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a French Speaking Cash Equities Client Services Analyst, to be based in London

The French Speaking Cash Equities Client Services Analyst will be part of the recently created Equity Operations Client Processing Team, and will be responsible for:

-Single point of contact for strategic clients on any client processing queries - and escalation to management where required
-Day to day processing for dedicated set of strategic clients, e.g. allocation processing, confirmations, fails management and fail reporting
-Providing support for queries / issues / discussions with other Operational teams, e.g. TM (late trader bookings), Clearing Settlement (ongoing fails, unmatched issues)
-Liaising with various business units to ensure priority client trades are booked accurately and settled in a timely manner
-Implementation of MI to manage operational risk on a daily basis, and consolidation of relevant MI data regionally and globally to manage business - including volumes, Failed trades, Trade cancellation

As such, the successful French Speaking Cash Equities Client Services Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

-French Language skills are essential
-Accomplished understanding of Equities
-Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively between clients and the various departments
-Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change were necessary
-Proven track record in a similar role would be advantageous
