French Speaking Conference Producer Job in London, London Uk

The role

 

Working with Business managers and Head of Conference Programming the ideal candidate will research and write the content of conference programs

From market research, select, invite secure high-level speakers to cover key topics

Generate new topic ideas for future events

Ensure that all administration is up to date including speaker invites, photographs, biographies, confirmation forms, expenses, etc

Be the primary point of contact for speakers for all events assigned to you (Industry, Partners and

Sponsors)

Keep accurate information relating to speakers on the contact management system

Liaise as necessary within the company with those involved in event marketing, logistics and sponsorship

Liaise with sponsorship organisations and their speaker(s) to ensure compliance with corporate content policy

Compile and collate conference program information and ensure each conference website up to date

Help run the conference on onsite - coordinating hall chairmen and speakers, keeping the event running to schedule

Develop contacts to improve relationships, community development and events in the future

Provide copy for all promotional literature including the conference program, website homepage and all electronic promotional campaigns

Work closely with the marketing department to ensure effective marketing of events

Ensure effective ongoing PR for all events

Select, Invite and manage Guest Conference Hall Chairman and coordinate and manage their integration and working at the conference

Liaise with Sponsorship and Accounts Staff regarding sponsorship sales opportunities

 

Desired Skills Experience

 

Relevant conference research and development experience is required. The successful candidate will posses strong telephone research skills together with the ability to write conference programs based on the outcome of research findings.

French Speaker, fluent in English

Excellent project management skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines

Confident communicator with good written and oral skills

Experience making warm or cold calls

Creative thinking

Team player, possessing good interpersonal skills

Experienced with Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint

Creative and original copywriting is a must together with attention to detail and logical thinking
