£7.85ph
Based in Central Birmingham
37.5 hours a week (shifts rotate between 5am to 9pm)

Our client is the world’s largest global provider dedicated to banking and payments technologies. With a long history deeply rooted in the financial services sector, they serve more than 14,000 institutions in over 110 countries.

This is an organisation that is renowned for its world class international customer service whilst following strict processes and procedures within the financial services industry.

Due to growth our client is looking for multiple fluent French speaking advisor's. The role will entail taking inbound calls from business customers checking payment details.

That’s why we need someone with excellent communication and attention to detail skills. No customer service experience necessary but successful candidates MUST be able to speak fluent in French.

Due to the nature of the organisation candidates must be able to pass a credit check and 5 years referencing checks.
