Customer Support Advisor - French - Surrey - £18,000 - £20,000 + excellent bonus opportunities

Boost your career and join a rapidly expanding international organisation! Euro London Appointments is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor on behalf of our Surrey-based Client. If successful, you will join a company who is the global leader in their field, with a target-driven and innovative work ethos and a strong customer focus.

Your role is pivotal to the success of the organisation as you will often be the first point of contact for clients, and therefore you must meet customer expectations at all times. You must also be comfortable with inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering all queries by phone/email/fax in line with SLAs;
• Maintaining a high level of understanding of company structure and product base, to maintain internal and external relationships;
• Capitalising on opportunities to upsell and promote the company's products;
• Providing support of a technical nature to clients, when necessary;

The successful candidate is:
• Fluent in French AND English (spoken/written);
• An excellent communicator;
• Goal-driven;
• Able to work as part of a team;
• Able to follow set procedures.
