French Speaking Fraud Analyst Job in Brighton BN11HH, Southern UK
American Express, the World's premier financial and travel solutions provider, is looking for an effective French Speaking Fraud Analyst to join their team.
The position is primarily responsible for the identification of card accounts that have been established with the intention of not paying American Express.
Principle Accountabilities:
A. Conduct reviews of card accounts to determine risk to the company by determining linkages to other accounts, previous personal history, patterns of spend and known indicators .
B. Conduct reviews according to the pre determined priority of the worklist, real time high risk set ups vs policy set ups.
C. Take preventative action on accounts in a timely and accurate manner by placing the appropriate stops on cards via WCC and the authorisations system.
D. Perform inbound and outbound contact with cardmembers in accordance with service levels and quality standards.
E. Actively seek out links between accounts and/or merchants using the appropriate tools.
F. Escalate all high value, high risk accounts to Team Leader or above for early warning purposes.
