Fluent French Speaking Internal Audit Manager - FTSE multinational
Are you an accomplished Internal Audit Manager looking for a blue chip opportunity with a progression route into and FC/FD role in France in 2/3 years?
This £3bn turnover FTSE multinational is seeking an ambitious Internal Audit Manager to initially join it's Internal Audit team based either in London or near Paris. The close knit team of six actively gets involved with the full range of the various business divisions that make up this interesting group. However in this role you will take the relationship lead for one of it's largest business services divisions. The team is hands on and you will be responsible for planning, leading and closing a wide range of reviews spanning financial, operational, IT, sales and customer experience, capital projects, fraud/investigations and compliance. Reviews tend to be entity led and follow a '1 week planning, 2 weeks fieldwork and 1 week wrap up' cycle meaning that you can expect to travel on average 50% of the time. The majority of the travel will be across Europe but will also include long haul destinations including the US, South Africa, and the Far East.
On offer is a basic salary of up to c£65,000 plus a generous bonus (ranging from 20%-35%) plus benefits
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified ACA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent
- Have a background within Big 4 accountancy firm augmented by a minimum of 5 years experience in Internal Audit within a multinational environment
- Have strong communication skills and fluency in French
- Demonstrate confidence, gravitas and the ability to influence challenging, senior stakeholders with board level credibility
