French Speaking Reward Analyst recruitment

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist and support for the annual pay review process for Senior Executives
• Responsible for the effective provision of benchmarking data for all aspects of reward
• Assist with the preparation and execution of control and governance procedures including preparation of new hire proposals
• Assist with the preparation of management information reporting on reward issues.
• Assist as required on projects within the HR and Finance teams

The successful candidate is expected to match the following profile:

- 5-7 years experience within the financial services industry

- Excel user to advanced level

- Creative and innovative where developing custom reports and tools is concerned

- Experience of the HR compensation cycle

- French speaker
